The hotel was fantastic for our family stay, especially during Christmas! We loved our spacious room with amazing views, and it was a huge plus to have a cozy setup for our large breed dog. The location was perfect. we could easily walk to all major attractions.

My kids wished for daily housekeeping, as the weekly cleaning felt lacking. It would be great to have better communication about this for families.

The location was spot on, just a short walk to Broadway. Surprisingly, the room had a Japanese-style bidet which was a real treat, let me tell you.
